The national multisectoral dialogue on food systems transformation brought together development partners, the private sector, farmers, investors, agricultural agencies, technical experts, ministries, agro-processors, NGOs, and civil society. The dialogue identified inadequate drainage and irrigation, alongside the lack of a disaster preparedness and recovery framework, as key gaps within the system.
